For the past ten years, I used traditional suction-side pool cleaners that operated only while the pool pump was running. I first owned a Hayward Navigator and later switched to the Zodiac G3. Although both worked reasonably well, it was very common for them to get stuck on the stairs or around the main drain. I only run the SAT 25 once a week, usually on Friday night or Saturday morning before the pool pump starts, and that has been more than enough to keep the pool in great condition. I’ve had this robot for a little over 2 weeks. I previously owned an older model and this newer model has improved significantly. I am very happy with it. It can climb walls, stairs, and cleans the water line effectively and has a long run time. It picks up everything including fine sand and dirt. It’s not too heavy which makes it easier to remove from the pool. At this price point I highly recommend it. As long as you don’t want something more complicated with an app, this one is simple and does what it’s supposed to do. Press the button and drop it in. I’m so happy with it. It makes my life so much easier.
